Annually, Winter sweeps down from the cold north, chilling the air with its icy breath. Imagine the world in winter, asleep until Spring, lulled into oblivion by Winter's icy song. This piece is a fantasy for string orchestra and optional keyboard on a winter theme. The keyboard part is composed for Celeste, but can be performed on an electronic keyboard with a "Celeste" sound.
