Over 950 members and guests gather for the annual Iowa Bandmasters conference in Des Moines for interest sessions, clinics, and performances by over a dozen bands. This year's keynote address will be from Col. Jason Fettig of the Presidents Own United States Marine Band. A brass quintet from the band will put on a feature performance!

Conn Selmer Institute is a three-and-a-half day professional development conference and workshop. The world-class faculty leads a curriculum with specialized tracks focusing on college students, new music educators, middle school directors, high school directors including marching arts, and music administrators. 2023 Keynote speaker: Alvin Law.
