Eydon pub embraces blues music

Live music from 8 different bands over 2 days and a huge range of drinks will be there at a beer festival in a pub. The Eydon Beer Festival is all set to take place at Royal Oak pub and it will start tomorrow and will go on till the next day. The show will start on Friday at 7.30 pm.

The band is a magnificent fusion of raucous roots as well as blues rock that targets to introduce younger onlookers with the aura of British Rhythm and Blues. At the very same time, this group expects to remind more senior guests of the glorious days of luminaries like the early Dr Feelgood, Stones and the Yardbirds.

On Saturday, the music will begin from 1 pm. The covers band is from South Northamptonshire and they play a mix of modern and classic rock from the likes of Deep Purple, ZZ Top, Thin Lizzy, Bad Company, Queen, Billy Idol, Snow Patrol, The Cult and Alice Cooper.

Si Hayden, a self taught instrumentalist, hit the stage at 2.15 pm. He has been stated as an acoustic virtuoso by the Guitarist Magazine, recorded twenty-seven albums as well as performs live with Celtic rock violinist Joe O’Donnell or solo.

Daisy Chain Duo will hit the stage at 3.15 pm. The couple bring fire and warmth and makes people's taste buds with healthy tones from cello, vocals, acoustic guitar and quirky beats. After that it will be Krissy Matthews. At the age of twenty, she has hit the stage with the likes of Jeff Healey, Rick Vito, John Mayall, Walter Trout, Bernie Marsden and Chris Farlowe.
